DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE 

If you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you must reschedule a minimum of 48 hours prior to your appointment.
RESCHEDULES USING A DEPOSIT CREDIT, CAN ONLY BE RESCHEDULED ONCE. 
Please contact through email for these queries. 

If you decide to cancel your appointment within 48 hours of the booking, your deposit will be forfeited.


PLEASE NOTE:
NO-SHOW APPOINTMENTS WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY 100% OF THE REMAINING BALANCE (CANCELLATIONS WITHIN 24 HOURS OF THE APPOINTMENT)
DEPOSIT CREDITS CAN ONLY BE USED FOR A NEW DATE THAT IS WITHIN 6 MONTHS OF THE DEPOSIT PAID DATE. 
BRIDAL/TRAVEL DEPOSITS THAT ARE VALID CAN ONLY BE USED TOWARDS A NEW BRIDAL/TRAVEL BOOKING, THEY CANNOT BE PUT TOWARDS ANOTHER APPOINTMENT TYPE. 

ALL BOOKINGS MADE FOR THE YEAR ADVANCED, WILL BE SUBJECT TO THE PRICE CHANGE THAT OCCURS IN THAT YEAR.

late policy

Time is of the essence, therefore adherence to booking times is critical to ensure that Tiffany delivers the service of quality work that you expect.

Tiffany expects all clients to arrive 10 minutes early.

Should unforeseen circumstances arise, be prepared to change the inspiration as certain details cannot be provided with a constraint time frame, the onus is on the client to advise Tiffany as soon as practical.

All late appointments will be subject to a $20 late fee.

After 15 minutes the appointment will automatically be cancelled.
